Mrs. Vaughn said she believes the board has agreed to bring up the issue of the superintendent going from interim to full time. She said she thinks this is a good idea and, as a parent, she sees how the school has gotten back to business. She told Mike Phillips that he has done an excellent job. Mrs. Vaughn said she thinks in addition to the change from interim superintendent to full time superintendent, the board needs to consider the principal’s position. She said if Mike is made full time superintendent, she thinks Flint is doing a good job with the job of principal. She said as a parent, she thinks this is a good move.
