Welcome to the Arkansas School for the Blind & Visually Impaired website.

Mission Statement

The Arkansas School for the Blind & Visually Impaired will offer statewide quality educational programs and resources to students who are blind or visually impaired, birth through twenty-one, enabling them to become productive, self-sufficient citizens through the involvement of all students, staff, parents and the community.

May 16 - ASBVI Sports Banquet - 5:30 p.m. - ASBVI Cafeteria

May 22 - Secondary Semester Tests

May 23 - A Day in the Park - Pinnacle State Park - All Faculty / Staff / Students - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

May 24 - Senior Class Graduation - 10:00 a.m. - ASBVI Woolly Auditorium

May 27 - Memorial Day - NO SCHOOL

May 27 - Arrow Coach Busses Run

May 28 - Classes Resume

May 29 - Secondary Semester Tests
